TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR INTERNATIONAL SHOWS

Terms & Conditions for participation in international fine art exhibitions organized by 

City Art Factory applicable for countries in Europe. 
1.Once the artist has paid for booking of his/ her show and the artist cancels the same booking for any reason, the whole paid amount will be forfeited.
2.In case of overseas shows, anytime the show can get postponed and will be rescheduled with prior intimation.
3.If the artist is entitled for an offer, the additional art works can be exhibited in the same show or any of the similar kinds of show.
4.In time of return of paintings, courier charges will be borne by the party separately and will be paid in advance to the organizer.
5.City Art Factory is not liable to pay the courier cost of any types for any reason for returning the art works to the concerned artist after exhibition and the concerned artist will have to pay the courier charges.
6. The artist must take their artworks back within 30 days of receiving art works by City Art Factory in case of exhibition outside India and  within fifteen days in India.
7.The artist is requested to check the profile of City Art Factory
   ( https://www.tablodedart.com/members ) before applying for participation.
8. Anytime if a situation demands, City Art Factory has the full authority to change the Dates and Venue of the art exhibition.
9.Intimation of the exhibition will be informed to the concerned artist in reasonable time.
10.The venue may not  be disclosed well in advance for safety and security.
11.If the situation demands, the City Art Factory can exhibit a lesser number of artworks of an artist and the rest will be exhibited in other shows.
12.Artist can not claim any particular portion of the venue for displaying his / her art works.
13.In case of cancellation by City Art Factory 5 percent of the total registration fee/ participation fee will be deducted as administrative cost.
14.If any disputes arise, then the same will be within the jurisdiction of  the local court of City Art Factory.
